KRAFTON and NIRVANANA Studio have revealed details of the first global playtest for the multiplayer action game Project ZETA. The open testing will take place on Steam from June 24 to 27.
Those wishing to participate can already apply on the game's Steam page. After gaining access, users will be able to try out the project immediately after the start of testing. For Project ZETA, this will be the first large-scale public trial after a series of regional tests previously conducted in South Korea.
The developers plan to use the collected statistics and community feedback to further refine the game before the early access launch, which is scheduled for the second half of 2026. According to the authors, the playtest will allow them to assess the balance, player behavior, and overall perception of the project in different regions.
Project ZETA is a team-based tactical action game with a third-person view, where four teams of three people battle simultaneously on one map. The central object of each match is the Prism – a valuable artifact that must be captured and delivered to a specific point. This format differs from classic hero PvP games with two opposing sides, making each battle more chaotic and unpredictable.
The gameplay combines PvP battles with elements of PvE progression. At the current stage, 14 heroes are available in the game, divided into four classes. Controller support is also confirmed, and in the future, the developers intend to add full cross-platform multiplayer between PC and consoles.
