"Russian Commandos" Gets Updated Demo - Red Recon: 1944 Available on Steam and VK Play

The developers have made various improvements to the game's demo version.

Varangs studio has unveiled an updated demo version of the game "Razvedka: 1944" (or Red Recon: 1944). The project is positioned as an isometric real-time tactical game with stealth elements.

The events unfold during World War II. Players are invited to become the commander of a group of Soviet scouts, who are deployed to East Prussia in the autumn of 1944:

The developers spoke about the improvements implemented in this demo version:

• Fixed an issue with camera movement when moving the cursor to the edge of the screen.
• Object highlighting (button "H") now also highlights enemies and cover.
• Added an auxiliary Unstuck option (button "U"): if the player's character gets stuck, they will be moved to the nearest valid point.
• Fixed several critical bugs.
