A Major Update Released for Dragon's Dogma 2 - With Gameplay, Balance Improvements, and a New Vocation

The developers took community feedback into account and introduced numerous fixes and improvements.

In June, Capcom returned to Dragon's Dogma 2. The developers released an update for the PC version, as well as for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Pro, and Xbox Series X|S consoles.

Players were given the opportunity to obtain the "Eternal Ferrystone" item for unlimited fast travel – it will be automatically granted during the "Seat of the Sovran" quest. If this quest was already completed before the update, the item should appear in the inventory.

In addition, the developers worked on balancing the in-game economy (revising prices for services and goods) and rewards, for example, updating the contents of chests and items dropped by enemies.

Capcom also fixed various bugs and added a new vocation to Dragon's Dogma 2 – Guardian. Such a "pawn" will be able to single-handedly repel attacks from small enemies on the camp, as well as reduce the health of large opponents before the player joins the battle.

This June update for Dragon's Dogma 2 is just the beginning – the developers are preparing the next update with optimization improvements and other game systems (its release is expected in August), as well as the Dark Arisen expansion, which will add a new region, challenges, and other content to the game.
