Recently, Attu Games studio reminded everyone about their project, Scarlet Deer Inn. The Czech developers revealed the release date and, in honor of this, presented a new trailer.
At first glance, it might seem that Scarlet Deer Inn used a specific filter for its characters, but in reality, the creators literally embroidered their heroes. At the end of the trailer, they showed an example of creating different animation versions – a sewing machine was actively used during development.
The authors described the premise of Scarlet Deer Inn's story:
Eliza is a mother of two children. She is not special, and no heroic epics are told about her. However, circumstances will force her to explore places full of both interesting and unusual, as well as dark and frightening events.
The game is being made by a husband and wife team. They said that during the process, their duo became a trio – the birth of a child "brought a whole new level of chaos to the development process."
You can add Scarlet Deer Inn to your Steam wishlist via this link. The game is scheduled for release on July 21, 2026, and a demo version has been presented on Valve's service. The developers noted that console versions are "planned for release as soon as possible."
