The concept of Meccha Chameleon attracted the attention of many players

On June 10, Meccha Chameleon was released on PC via Steam. The new game from lemorion_1224 started with a peak online player count of 15,000, but it gradually increased and recently surpassed 95,000 users.

In terms of gameplay, Meccha Chameleon is an online hide-and-seek game with the concept of “Color yourself to blend in with the environment.” Player avatars are white-bodied figures that need to be colored to blend in with the surroundings, like a chameleon:

The rules are simple: players are divided into seeker and hider teams and play “hide-and-seek.” The seeker team wins if its members find everyone within the allotted time.

lemorion_1224 announced four days after the release that sales of Meccha Chameleon had already exceeded one million copies (with a 20% release discount, the game costs 232 rubles).

The Meccha Chameleon page on Steam is available at the following link. Reviews for the game are “mostly positive,” with a 78% rating. Authors of negative reviews note technical issues — difficulties logging into the game and crashes.

Several patches have already been released for the game, improving optimization, fixing several bugs, and adding additional content.
