On June 21, fans of The Witcher and CD Projekt RED celebrated the birthday of writer Andrzej Sapkowski.
The developers posted a short congratulation on social media:

They attached several photos from a meeting with the writer to the post:
It so happened that some CD Projekt RED fans celebrate another holiday on June 21 — the birthday of Adam Smasher from Cyberpunk 2077.
The developers did not forget about this date and published a congratulation:
Alright, chooms, this is serious. Hope you got a fitting gift, otherwise it's gonna hurt... Happy birthday to the legendary Adam Smasher!
Usually, for such an occasion, CDPR publishes special posters, but this time they decided to present a selection of shots from virtual photographer virtuallycyber.
Currently, CD Projekt RED continues to develop The Witcher franchise — the fourth main installment about Ciri is in development, which should be the beginning of a new trilogy. In addition, a new expansion, Songs of the Past, for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, is being developed in collaboration with Fool's Theory studio, with its release scheduled for next year.
