
TRPG "Mage: The Ascension. Classic Rules" Released in Russia - Return to the "World of Darkness" Universe
Anyone can now purchase the regular or premium edition of the tabletop role-playing game "Mage: The Ascension. Classic Rules." The book features new full-color illustrations, updated information on the Council of Nine Traditions, the Technocratic Union, and the scattered Crafts, as well as an overview of paradigms and a chronicle of magic's history.
Employees of the "Studio 101" publishing house announced that the tabletop role-playing game "Mage: The Ascension. Classic Rules" has gone on sale. Currently, the regular edition can be purchased for 6990 rubles, the premium edition for 13,000 rubles, and the "Quick Start" brochure for 690 rubles.
In addition, for 1890 rubles, you can get a storyteller's screen, for 750 rubles – a set of character sheets, and for 1990 rubles – a notebook for notes (unlined or with dot-grid lining).
The main rulebook for the TRPG "Mage: The Ascension" spans 728 pages. It contains all the guidelines necessary for gameplay and character creation. Inside, you will find:
- New full-color illustrations created specifically for the anniversary edition, updated information on the Council of Nine Traditions, the Technocratic Union, and the scattered Crafts;
- A chronicle of the epic history of magic and the equally epic mage factions, a selection and explanation of basic and additional mechanics, including martial arts, vehicles, natural hazards, cybernetics, and otherworldly realms;
- An overview of paradigms, tools, as well as the principles of the Nephandi and the not-so-mad Reality Deviants;
- An understanding of the nine Spheres of magic, including from the Technocrats' perspective, a description of reality zones, Paradox, and the Quiet.
The world of "Mage: The Ascension" is grim and is part of the much larger "World of Darkness" universe.
