Battlefield 6 will be free for a week again - developers showed improved shooting mechanics
Developers want to make the mechanics reward skilled players.
Battlefield Studios and Electronic Arts are preparing to launch a new Battlefield 6 Free Trial event, during which players will have the opportunity to explore some of the content for free.
This time, players will be offered to play in one of five modes on four maps, including Railway to Golmud – the largest map in Battlefield 6, as well as Cairo Bazaar (a reimagining of the "Bazaar" from BF3).
The developers also presented diaries dedicated to changes in the shooting mechanics. They want to encourage players who are good at aiming and shooting. Therefore, for example, they decided to slightly increase bullet deviation after the first shot to make recoil control or single-shot firing "even more important for accuracy when shooting at long distances."
In addition, the creators of Battlefield 6 have made recoil more stable and predictable for all types of weapons, which will allow skilled players to better maintain their aim.
Battlefield 6 Free Trial will run from June 30 to July 6. The free access promotion is timed to coincide with the release of update 1.3.3.0, which will add new content and various improvements to the shooter.
