Arc Raiders Developers Implemented Denuvo Technology for All Players and Are Monitoring the Consequences
Cheaters in Arc Raiders have new problems.
Last month, the developers of the extraction project Arc Raiders announced the start of a campaign to implement Denuvo into the game. Many gamers know the company for its DRM protection, but it also has a direction for working on anti-cheat solutions.
Embark Studios installed Denuvo anti-cheat in waves, and at the end of June, the studio announced the completion of this process — now they will monitor Arc Raiders' performance:
We have completed the deployment of Denuvo anti-cheat for all players. We are closely monitoring its impact and performance. We are currently working on a more detailed blog about our efforts to ensure fair play and will publish news as soon as it is ready.
Previously, the developers emphasized that they do not implement DRM into the game and with the help of Denuvo Anti-Cheat and Anybrain they will "further strengthen Arc Raiders' systems."
In addition, the creators of Arc Raiders announced an update to the in-game store: additional color schemes have become available for the Bogwalker set.
The next major update for Arc Raiders is expected in October of this year. For now, small updates will be released for the game.
