Cyberpunk 2077 Quest Director Sheds a Tear - For the First Time in Years, Game's Online Peak in Steam Exceeds 100,000 Players

Players have once again remembered the CD Projekt RED project.

This year, CD Projekt RED and its partners have given people several reasons to remember Cyberpunk 2077. The marketing campaign for the anime Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2, as well as the collaboration with Wuthering Waves, have paid off.

Cyberpunk 2077 Quest Director Paweł Sasko, who is currently leading the development of the sequel, continues to monitor the game's performance on Steam. Recently, the peak online player count exceeded 100,000 for the first time in several years.

Paweł once again spoke out on social media – and posted a crying (of joy) emoji:

Looks like a bunch of new chooms are discovering Cyberpunk 2077 thanks to Edgerunners and our Wuwa collab. Enjoy the game, dear ones – I hope it draws you in, entertains, and inspires you.

Cyberpunk 2077 is currently participating in the Steam Summer Sale. The base version of the game received a large 70% discount and costs $18, while the "Ultimate Edition" with the Phantom Liberty expansion will cost $33.

Currently, GamesVoice is raising funds for the Russian voice acting of the Phantom Liberty DLC.
