Free Silent Hill: The Short Message to be released on disc for full AAA game price

Konami, in collaboration with Limited Run Games, will release a physical version of the free Silent Hill: The Short Message. The boxed edition will cost $69.99.

Konami has partnered with Limited Run Games to release a physical version of Silent Hill: The Short Message.

The game was released in 2024 and became the first full-fledged project in the Silent Hill series. Since its release, it has only been available digitally.

Limited Run Games will prepare boxed copies of the game. Those interested can pre-order from July 10 to August 9. However, deliveries are scheduled only for early 2027 – from January 1 to March 31.

The physical edition will cost $69.99. For many players, this may seem like a high price, considering that the digital version of Silent Hill: The Short Message is distributed for free.
