The series "Spider-Noir" from Prime Video and Sony Pictures Television received 11 nominations for the 2026 Emmy Awards. In terms of mentions, the project even surpassed the second season of Fallout, which is vying for 10 awards.
However, contrary to the producers' expectations, the show completely missed all major shortlists. The Television Academy overlooked Nicolas Cage in the acting category, and the project itself did not receive a nomination for Best Comedy Series.
Instead, the project will be primarily represented in technical and visual categories – "Spider-Noir" received nominations for cinematography, costume design, visual effects, stunt coordination, makeup, sound, and Chris Bowers' original soundtrack.
The winners of the 78th Emmy Awards ceremony will be announced on September 14, 2026.
