Players will have to find several chests with unique loot.

The developers of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced have organized a new activity for the community. Ubisoft invited players to participate in an ARG game – to go on a treasure hunt.

On the Assassin’s Creed Black franchise's social media account, an announcement was published about the start of the “Community Treasure Hunt”:

We hear there are three chests hidden in the Caribbean, each containing unique loot. Every Friday in July, we’ll be dropping a new clue! Remember… no pirate sails alone. Team up, solve the riddles, and claim the treasures.

The first clue is already available:

Oh, Dry Tortuga, where Spanish gold still washes up. Seek not the middle, seek not west, Nor where the anchor finds its rest; The rising sun shall point the way, To jagged stone and salt sea spray

The clue can be translated as:

Oh, Dry Tortuga, where Spanish gold still washes ashore. Seek not the middle, look not to the west; nor where the anchor finds its rest. The rising sun shall point the way to jagged rocks and salty sea spray.
