According to Variety, Tracey Ullman, Sam Spruell, and Jerome Flynn have joined the cast of the second season of the series "Alien: Earth". The creators have not yet revealed which characters the newcomers will play, but for "Game of Thrones" fans, the continuation will be a significant reunion.
Previously, Peter Dinklage, who played Tyrion Lannister, joined the series, and Jerome Flynn gained fame for his role as the mercenary Bronn. In addition, Sam Spruell also appeared in George Martin's universe, playing Prince Maekar Targaryen in "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms".
Tracey Ullman, however, is not connected to Westeros, but the seven-time Emmy winner is known for another important contribution to television history. It was in her "The Tracey Ullman Show" in the late 1980s that short sketches about the Simpson family first appeared, which later turned into an independent animated series.
Also returning for the second season are Sydney Chandler, Timothy Olyphant, Alex Lawther, Essie Davis, Samuel Blenkin, and other members of the main cast. Filming for the new episodes has already begun in London. The premiere date is not yet known.
