GaGa Games publishing house announced that it will localize La Cuenta – a board card game filled with Spanish dishes, sudden trips to the restroom, and an unwillingness to pay bills. It was named the best party game at the Spanish Tabula Premios 2025 awards.
In this game, designed for 3–8 players, each participant has a lot of money and a desperate desire to have an excellent tour of bars and restaurants. To eat delicious food, drink a sea of wine, leave generous tips… but preferably at someone else's expense.
Each round is one restaurant. Users have dish cards in their hands that they can order. Meat, vegetables, seafood – the menu is huge. However, if a player has already ordered Galician octopus for 5–6 thousand rubles, they won't be able to order mussels for a thousand rubles – the next “fish” order must be more expensive. And if there's nothing to play, they'll have to ask for the bill.
At the same time, of course, the game has a whole sea of special cards and special actions. From the cunning “go to the restroom,” which prevents the player from being charged for the bill, to the vengeful “let's split it,” which allows you to split the bill with the most annoying dining companion.
Whoever runs out of money immediately loses and is eliminated from the game. And the richest player, of course, wins. GaGa Games employees plan to release La Cuenta directly to retail (estimated for early next year).
