Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced received its first patch - optimization improved, cutscenes and critical bugs fixed

The developers have fixed several issues that players pointed out.

Ubisoft Entertainment has released update 1.0.4 for Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced. The first patch does not add new content to the game; it is designed to fix various technical issues.

The developers reported that they fixed a bug that prevented foggy weather from activating in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, and also eliminated "floating" bushes (they are now correctly attached to the surface).

In addition, optimization was improved and a PC bug was fixed that limited cutscenes to 30 FPS when using "Custom" graphics settings (when a ready-made preset was not used).

Some other changes and improvements:

  • Fixed various save and load issues.
  • Fixed a voice acting issue that caused localized versions to have incorrect voice playback and cutscene visuals.
  • Fixed lighting issues in interiors and caves.
  • Fixed bugs that could cause the player to fall inside the ship's hull while sailing.
  • Fixed a bug where the player could not move immediately after exiting a mini-game.
  • Fixed various critical bugs that could prevent a quest from being completed.
