The Girl of Steel continues to lose viewers and cinemas.

In its fourth weekend, "Supergirl" earned $1.525 million in North America – the worst result among films in the extended DC Universe and the rebooted DCU. The previous anti-record belonged to "Shazam! Fury of the Gods," which grossed $1.6 million in its fourth weekend.

Compared to the third weekend, the comic book film's box office dropped by another 59.5%. At the same time, the film lost 1012 cinemas – a week earlier, their number had decreased by another 1018 venues. From an initial 3602 cinemas, "Supergirl" remained in only 1572, and the average revenue per venue dropped to $970.

Last week, "Supergirl" earned approximately $3.95 million in the US and Canada, bringing its domestic gross to $69.957 million. International distribution brought in another approximately $50.9 million, and the total worldwide gross reached $120.86 million.

Considering a production budget of $170 million and marketing expenses of $120 million, the film risks becoming one of DC's biggest financial failures. Previously, an "optimistic" source from Variety estimated potential studio losses of $85 million with worldwide gross around $200 million, while other industry analysts cited a figure of $120 million. Given the current dynamics and the likelihood of ending its theatrical run below the $130 million mark, the final losses could be significantly higher than predicted.
