Heroes of the Storm received update 2.55.17 - Blizzard added cosmetic content and changed balance

The developers do not forget about the MOBA game and occasionally release updates.

In July, Blizzard Entertainment returned to Heroes of the Storm and introduced update 2.55.17. Players could already get acquainted with it on a special PTR server, and now it has been released.

The developers added some cosmetic content to Heroes of the Storm — a new skin "Ruby Lucio-Synesthete".

Changes affected some maps; for example, on "Hanamura Temple", the developers decided to add additional vegetation in several places. In addition, balance adjustments were made again — as usual, some character characteristics are reviewed, and skill parameters are changed. In particular, Diablo's Q and E abilities will now deal more damage.

This year, Blizzard Entertainment will briefly revive esports for Heroes of the Storm as part of a nostalgic event — a special show match will be held, paying tribute to the HOTS Global Championship (2018).
