Bandai Namco has published the official system requirements for the PC version of Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve. At the same time, the company confirmed the use of Denuvo protection.

The game is being developed on Unreal Engine 5 and will offer improved graphics, dynamic clouds, an extensive story campaign, and cinematic scenes from the pilot's perspective. All of this will require fairly powerful hardware.

To run the game, you will need at least an Intel Core i7-10700K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600X, 16 GB of RAM, a GeForce RTX 2060 or Radeon RX 6600 XT, an SSD, hardware ray tracing support, and DirectX 12 with Shader Model 6.6. This configuration will provide approximately 30 FPS at 1080p on low settings with upscaling.

For 60 FPS, the developers recommend an Intel Core i7-12700K or Ryzen 5 5600X, 32 GB of RAM, and a GeForce RTX 3070 or Radeon RX 6800. In both cases, the game will require 125 GB of free space on an SSD.

Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve will be released on October 2, 2026.
