NVIDIA Released Driver for Gears of War: E-Day, Halo, and Other Hits
NVIDIA released the GeForce Game Ready 610.88 driver with optimizations for the open multiplayer beta of Gears of War: E-Day, Halo: Campaign Evolved, and Mistfall Hunter.
Next week, Gears of War fans will be able to try out a new installment in the series for the first time in several years. Gears of War: E-Day will hold an open multiplayer beta from August 6 to 10 on Xbox Series X|S and PC.
This will be the first opportunity to evaluate the new game, created on Unreal Engine 5 with support for modern technologies such as MegaLights, Lumen, and Nanite.
For PC players, NVIDIA has prepared support for proprietary technologies DLSS Super Resolution and NVIDIA Reflex, which will be available during the beta test. The company also released the GeForce Game Ready 610.88 driver, optimized for Gears of War: E-Day, Halo: Campaign Evolved, and Mistfall Hunter.
The update also fixes a number of issues: Halo: Campaign Evolved crashes on RTX 50 graphics cards, Path of Exile 2 freezes after long sessions, Silent Hill F stability errors, issues with Strange Brigade, Zombie Army 4, and other glitches.
