PUBG Mobile will host a large-scale collaboration with the movie "Spider-Man: New Day." The main new feature will be a themed version of the classic mode, dedicated to Spider-Man's superpowers. Web-shooters found during a match will allow players to web-sling onto buildings, trees, and other objects, quickly move around the map, slow down enemies, and deal damage to them.
Players will also be able to climb walls and perform double jumps. Web grenades will temporarily immobilize enemies caught in their radius, and "spider-sense" will warn of nearby foes.
The maps will feature Peter Parker's apartment, Skyline Plaza, a rescue zone with photos, a railway scene, and a memorial location in the cemetery, recreating iconic places and episodes from Spider-Man movies.
The event starts on July 30 with update 4.5 and will last until September 14, 2026.
