The World as a Sliding Puzzle: Puzzle-Platformer Lost Twins 2 Released on iOS and Android
Players will have to rearrange levels to pave the way home for the twins.
Playdew studio has released the puzzle-platformer Lost Twins 2 on iOS and Android. Players will have to help the twins Abi and Ben reunite and find their way home through a magical world inhabited by unusual creatures.
The main feature of the game is the environment rearrangement mechanic. The level is divided into separate tiles that can be moved and swapped like a sliding puzzle. This way, the player creates new routes, connects disparate platforms, and opens the path for the twins.
Gradually, the puzzles become more complex: switches, gates, lifts, destructible domes, and other mechanisms appear in the locations. To solve some tasks, it is necessary to switch between Abi and Ben, coordinating their actions. The adventure can be played both alone and together in local co-op.
The game is distributed under a "try before you buy" model. Lost Twins 2 can be downloaded for free on Google Play and the App Store to play the first levels, and access to the full version is unlocked after a one-time purchase.
