Galadriel and Lorien Warriors Miniatures for Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game Return as "Made to Order" Promotion
In the near future, as part of a "Made to Order" promotion, people will be able to purchase miniatures for the Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game: Galadriel - Lady of Lorien, Elven warriors, and Dwarves of Durin's Folk.
The Elves of Lothlórien are an iconic part of the Middle-earth world, and their legendary queen, along with her loyal servants, returns in a new cycle of classic miniatures released under the "Made to Order" system.
Throughout the long history of the Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game, Galadriel has appeared in many guises, and this version presents her in her most formidable form – as the Defender of Lothlórien.
This alternative model of Galadriel, one of the most powerful spellcasters in the game, can be used in the armies of Lothlórien and the White Council, where she will employ her arcane powers to defeat the forces of Evil. Along with her, two units of Lorien warriors are available, ready to defend their Queen from the most dangerous foes.
The noblest and most renowned of the Galadhrim are granted the prestigious role of Court Guards, where they employ their unparalleled combat prowess to defend the city of Caras Galadhon. Other Elves forgo the golden armor of the Galadhrim and prefer to fight by hiding among the trees: they don Elven cloaks to blend in with their surroundings.
Both types can be added to your collection, with each unit consisting of six metal miniatures. However, these are not the only models returning for a limited time. To reach the golden branches of the Elves, many travelers in past ages passed through the infamous kingdom of Khazad-dûm, and some of the Dwarves who defended it will also become available through the "Made to Order" system.
Dwarves of Durin's Folk are ready for battle as two units of warriors and a pair of skilled commanders. Four of the six Dwarf warriors are equipped with axes, shields, and heavy armor, while the other two fight with two-handed axes. Six Dwarf archers wear the same gear but use powerful Dwarf bows instead of shields.
The set of two Dwarf commanders includes one captain and one standard bearer. When pre-orders for these miniatures will open is, unfortunately, still unknown.
