Fate/Grand Order Creators Release Short Film and Announce Fourth Season of Ritsuka Anime

The mobile game celebrated its eleventh anniversary with two animation projects.

The creators of Fate/Grand Order celebrated the eleventh anniversary of the mobile role-playing game with a new animated film. The seven-minute video is titled Fate/Grand Order 11th Anniversary Movie -Cosmos in the Lostbelt- and is dedicated to the story arc of the same name.

A key role in the creation of the video was played by the animator working under the pseudonym puccapucca02. He was responsible for direction, storyboarding, color design, and animation supervision, and also served as the chief animation director and participated in the creation of keyframes, backgrounds, and in-between phases.

As part of the FGO Fes. 2026 festival, the developers also announced the fourth season of the short anime "Fate/Grand Order: Ritsuka Fujimaru Doesn't Get It." New episodes will begin airing on August 7 with a two-week break between episodes.
