Publisher NEOWIZ and ROUND8 Studio announced the release of Lies of P: Complete Edition on Nintendo Switch 2. To mark the launch, the developers presented a new trailer showcasing both key story moments from the original game and footage from the Overture story expansion.
The official announcement of the game's release date on the new Nintendo console only happened last month. At that time, the developers first demonstrated the quality of the port, limiting themselves to short gameplay fragments, including boss battle intros and scenes in the central location.
Since its release in September 2023, Lies of P has achieved significant commercial success. As of March this year, game sales have exceeded 4 million copies worldwide. NEOWIZ called this result an important milestone for the development team and thanked players for their support and interest in the dark interpretation of Pinocchio's story.
Furthermore, back in May, NEOWIZ confirmed that full-scale development of the Lies of P sequel has already begun.
