According to reliable insider billbil-kun, Diablo IV will be released on Nintendo Switch 2 on September 15 or 18. Blizzard is reportedly releasing a physical edition, but there will be no game cartridge inside the box – buyers will only receive a code to download the digital version.

The expected price of the game will be 69.99 euros, 69.99 US dollars, or 62.99 pounds sterling. However, billbil-kun could not confirm whether the Lord of Hatred expansion would be included.

Earlier, rating agencies had already hinted at a possible release of Diablo IV for Switch 2. First, the Indonesian commission assigned an age rating to the Lord of Hatred expansion for the original Nintendo Switch, although many considered it a mistake. Later, the Taiwanese regulator registered Diablo IV for Nintendo Switch 2, which seemed significantly more plausible.
