The creators of the anime Multi-Mind Mayhem have unveiled the first full trailer, a key visual, and announced that the series will begin airing in January 2027.
The main character will be Bard Cornelius — the heir to a noble family from the Kingdom of Mauricia, in whose body three consciousnesses coexist. Within him live the souls of Sanai Oki, a Sengoku-era warrior who served the Uesugi clan, and Masaharu Oki, a modern otaku schoolboy.
The greedy warrior's experience helps Bard develop commercial abilities and weapon mastery, while Masaharu's knowledge allows him to create new inventions and profit from them. Using the abilities of all three consciousnesses, the hero gradually achieves success in managing lands and battles, and over time gains the ability to influence the fate of the entire kingdom.
Multi-Mind Mayhem is produced by Studio Deen. Hiroaki Sakurai, who worked on "Kaguya-sama: Love Is War" and "Ms. Vampire Who Lives in My Neighborhood," is in the director's chair. Zenjiro Ukulele is responsible for character design, and Hajime Watanabe prepared their initial animated images.
The series is based on the light novel Isekai Tensei Sodoki by writer Ryosen Takami with illustrations by Ririnra. The first volume was released in 2014, and the series has a total of 14 volumes. The work also received a manga adaptation with drawings by Honoji.
