Vincent D'Onofrio spoke about the time jump in the third season of "Daredevil: Born Again". Previously, there was information that the sequel would begin approximately a year after the events of the second season, but the jump will be shorter:
"We start six months after the end of season two. He went to prison, and I was exiled somewhere. I won't say where. But since we can't help ourselves, we'll meet again."
D'Onofrio also promised that there would be many fight scenes in the new series and spoke about the physically demanding filming:
"Charlie and I are involved in all aspects of the show, not just acting. It's a completely new and very enjoyable experience, but at the same time brutal and hard on the body. Charlie and Wilson do a lot more stunts than I do, but this season was tough for all of us."
Filming for the third season concluded in July 2026. New episodes will be released on Disney+ in spring 2027, but Marvel Studios has not yet announced the exact premiere date.
