Polish bad repairman simulator receives "mixed" reviews on Steam due to optimization issues

In August, Gray2RGB, Simplicity Games, and PlayWay studios released Low-Budget Repairs on PC via Steam. The project attracted the attention of many players long before its release due to its specific setting and approach to implementing the game's concept.

Often in "job simulators," one needs to perform work duties diligently, but in Low-Budget Repairs, everything is different. The events unfold in 90s Poland, and players are invited to take on the role of a self-taught master who tries to earn as much as possible by cutting costs wherever possible.

Many praise the concept of Low-Budget Repairs itself, but the new title launched on Steam with "mixed" reviews, with a rating just under 70%. The reason for dissatisfaction was the technical state of the new release: players criticize the optimization.

Even in positive reviews, some note technical problems, for example, Kenn described his impressions of the optimization as "the game is poorly optimized. The graphics card goes crazy and heats up as much as Polish beer in direct sunlight."
