Updated Version of Attack on Titan: Deck-Building Game to be Released in Russia
Fans of the anime "Attack on Titan" in Russia will soon receive a localized and updated version of the Attack on Titan: Deck-Building Game. In this cooperative project, players can transform into members of the Survey Corps and battle formidable enemies.
Choo Choo Games publishing house announced that it will release the Attack on Titan: Deck-Building Game in Russia, which will once again transport gamers into the universe of the "Attack on Titan" anime.
This is a cooperative deck-building game where participants take on the roles of Eren Yeager, Mikasa Ackerman, Armin Arlert, and other Survey Corps members. Each hero has their own miniature on the board, and its position is as important as the cards in hand: players will need to physically move between locations to cover weak points.
The deck is filled with allies and all sorts of equipment. Plus, next to the player character will be those they can trust with their life. Russian buyers will receive an updated version of the 2016 original, not just a reprint (mechanics have been reworked for a more dynamic game pace).
In the basic version, the miniatures will be cardboard. But for those who value aesthetics, Choo Choo Games will separately bring acrylic stands. Due to the game being released under an official Kodansha license, the price in Russia will be higher than that of an average deck-building game with similar content.
