WIT Studio Prepares New "Attack on Titan" Announcement - Studio Publishes Mysterious Teaser

A post featuring Eren, Mikasa, and Levi has fans talking about the anime's return.

WIT Studio announced that a new "Attack on Titan" related announcement will take place on August 20. The studio accompanied the message with an illustration featuring Eren, Armin, Mikasa, Levi, Hange, and Erwin, but did not explain what project it intends to present.

The publication is accompanied by a mysterious phrase: "It seems they will have a special dinner during that period."

Some fans speculate that it could be a new animation project. This is indicated by the involvement of WIT Studio itself, which created the first 59 episodes of "Attack on Titan" before the series' production moved to MAPPA.

Adding to the intrigue is the fact that Hajime Isayama's manga has already been fully adapted. The anime concluded in 2023, and later two final special episodes were combined into the feature film "Attack on Titan: The Final Attack."

Meanwhile, producer Tetsuya Kinoshita previously stated that the team plans to release new films similar to "The Final Attack," hold concerts, and participate in collaborations. Additionally, Attack on Titan 3 will be released on December 10 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
