If Bethesda allowed Larian or someone else to make something similar as a Fallout spin-off project, it would be incredible. Baldur's Gate 3, new XCOM installments, games from Owlcat Games studio like Rogue Trader, show that there is a market for such projects. I think with the Fallout franchise, such a game could sell very well.
Earlier this summer, Bethesda Game Studios announced several projects for the Fallout franchise — plans include a full-fledged fifth main installment, remasters of Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, as well as a game from Obsidian Entertainment studio. So far, the projects do not have specific release dates, and release windows have not been announced either.
