Eyewitnesses filmed the Batmobile during the shooting of "The Batman" sequel in Glasgow. The video, published on TikTok, shows the Batmobile, which retained the main structural features of the car from the first film, including an open engine at the rear.
The creators apparently did not significantly redesign the car for the sequel, which is quite understandable given the short time gap between the events of the two parts.
The video is available at the following link.
Other footage showed another version of the Batmobile — with a large dent on the side and other damage. Along with the car, a separate body was delivered to the set, presumably prepared for filming before and after a collision.
Filming for "The Batman. Part 2" is taking place in Glasgow, which again portrays Gotham. Recently, photos of sets with Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree appeared online, confirming that at least some of the sequel's events will unfold during the winter holidays.
"The Batman. Part 2" is scheduled to premiere on February 18, 2028.
