Mattel Opens Pre-Orders for Full-Size Buildable Microsoft Xbox Console Model with Interactive Features

This year, collectors will receive a 3509-piece set from Mattel, allowing them to build a 1:1 scale Microsoft Xbox console and its controller. The construction set includes interactive features and elements dedicated to games such as Halo: Combat Evolved, The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, and Psychonauts.

Mattel has unveiled a new product under its premium construction toy brand, Mattel Brick Shop – a highly detailed buildable model of the original Microsoft Xbox console.

This collectible item, created to celebrate the console's 25th anniversary, is now available for pre-order for $329.99 (27,719 rubles), although some stores are selling it for 385 euros (37,751 rubles). The 3509-piece set is a full-size replica of the aforementioned console and its controller.

The set includes interactive features, hidden details, and commemorative elements dedicated to three iconic games of the platform — Halo: Combat Evolved, The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, and Psychonauts.

The console's three game modules can be removed and displayed separately. The set also includes 12 NanoWorld figures. The classic Xbox controller activates various functions. When the user presses buttons on the controller, hidden scenes from the games come to life with light effects synchronized to the corresponding in-game soundtrack.

Additionally, a hidden button combination can be discovered, which triggers an exclusive lighting sequence. Shipping of the construction set will begin on October 16, 2026.
