The psychological horror game Baptiste will reach players this autumn. The project will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam.
The story centers on a boy named Tom. After a family tragedy, he moves with his mother Sarah to a new house, hoping to start life anew. However, it quickly becomes clear that something is wrong with the new place.
The main discovery in the house is a strange doll named Baptiste, locked in a glass cabinet. Next to it is an unambiguous warning: “Never let her out of her glass prison.” Of course, Tom does exactly what he shouldn't have, after which the family's peaceful life turns into a real nightmare.
The developers clearly do not intend to rely solely on jump scares. Baptiste is built around an unsettling atmosphere, exploring an abandoned mansion, searching for clues, and solving puzzles. As players progress, they will have to figure out what really happened to the family and what role the animated doll plays in all of this.
