Total sales of the spy action game 007 First Light have surpassed 4 million copies.
Moreover, according to Circana data shared by analyst Mat Piscatella, 007 First Light became the second best-selling game in the US since the beginning of 2026. Only Resident Evil Requiem, with 7 million copies sold, is ahead of it.
IO Interactive continues to develop the game after its release and is preparing a version of 007 First Light for Nintendo Switch 2. According to recent announcements on Amazon stores for the US and Japan, the port may be released on September 16, although there is no official confirmation of this date yet.
Planned new features include New Game+ mode, path tracing support on PC, and a new gadget, G2 Glasses. In addition, players can expect a new mission with the return of Bavma, which, judging by the available hints, may be related to the famous Golden Gun.
