Hideo Kojima admitted that he has less and less time to implement his plans
On his 63rd birthday, Hideo Kojima reflected on the fleeting nature of time and stated that he wants to continue to focus on creating games.
The creator of Metal Gear Solid and Death Stranding addressed his followers on X and spoke about his plans for the remaining years. According to Kojima, as he gets older, the number of things he “must” and “wants” to do grows, while the available time decreases.
The older I get, the more the things I “must do” and the things I “want to do” continue to increase. At the same time, the time I “have to do them” continues to shrink. I constantly need to re-evaluate how I use my time and how I live my life.

Kojima noted that he wants to “remain focused on creating games.” The game designer is currently working on OD for Xbox and Physint, a spy action game in partnership with Sony. Physint is still in the conceptual stage.
