It's so old-school: Heroes of Might and Magic III Remake announced

The game will be released on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, but Ubisoft is not rushing to announce release dates.

Ubisoft has officially unveiled Heroes of Might and Magic III Remake. This is a completely updated version of the 1999 game, which will offer modern graphics, animations, and sound, while retaining the key features of the original game.

Players will have access to nine factions with unique playstyles and fantastic creatures. As part of exploring the world, they will have to extract resources and artifacts, develop cities, strengthen heroes, and assemble armies.

The remake will also include the full story campaign of the original game along with two add-ons. Ubisoft will combine them into a single story, supplementing it with a new prologue, epilogue, and cinematic scenes.
