A character from GTA Online was used in the GTA VI plot - she was shown at the presentation

It is assumed that this will be far from the only returning character.

During the recent presentation of “Grand Theft Auto VI: Extended Showcase,” the developers showed several missions. Attentive users spotted a familiar face. As it turned out, Lucia and Jason will meet a character from Grand Theft Auto Online in the story.

Valentina appeared in GTA Online with the content update “Money Fronts,” which was released last year. In GTA VI, she asks Lucia and Jason to protect Andres De Leon during a party.

The party goes with a bang: uninvited guests appear, and the main characters will have to participate in shootouts and fights. The presentation did not show what happened next to Valentina, who was also at this party.

Now players are carefully rewatching the video to try and find other familiar faces from GTA Online or previous installments of the Grand Theft Auto franchise.

GTA VI is expected to be released on November 19 this year on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. Rockstar Games and Take-Two have not yet announced anything about the PC version's release window.
