The manga Baki Gaiden: Kaioh Retsu Doesn’t Mind Getting Isekai’d will receive an anime adaptation. The spin-off tells the story of Retsu Kaio's fate after his fight with Musashi Miyamoto in "Baki-Dou: Unchained Samurai."
According to the plot, Retsu is reborn in another world inhabited by monsters and warriors who wield magic. But the fighter is not going to change his approach: he intends to prove that Chinese martial arts can withstand swords, spells, and other supernatural mischief.
Production is handled by TMS Entertainment, which worked on the series "Baki," "Baki Hanma," and "Baki-Dou: Unchained Samurai." Details about the team and voice actors, as well as the premiere date, have not yet been revealed. It is highly likely that Netflix, which has become the home of the franchise in recent years, will handle international broadcasting.
