The Real Michael from GTA V Defends Rockstar - Actor Responds to GTA VI Criticism
Not all players are happy with the presentation of the new installment of the franchise.
At the end of August, the “Grand Theft Auto VI: Extended Showcase” presentation took place. Rockstar Games demonstrated the PlayStation 5 version and showed several missions and various gameplay moments.
Not all players were impressed with what they saw, and developers began to face active criticism online. There are questions about the creative vision – some men are concerned about the “incorrect” representation of Jason (allegedly the character is weak and Lucia's servant), and some “don't see” progress and believe that GTA VI is almost like GTA V.
The real Michael from GTA V, actor Ned Luke, noticed the online discussion and decided to speak out – he disagrees with such an assessment from critical players:
It's nothing like Grand Theft Auto V. I think they've gone crazy.
Ned Luke also jokingly praised the graphics of GTA VI. Pointing to Jason's image, he said: “I'll tell you one thing: I've never looked so good.”
Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled for release on November 19 this year on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. Nothing has been announced yet about the PC version's release window.
