The Witcher 3 Remaster Redesigns Meditation - CDPR Shows Gameplay Teaser
It's not yet clear how other characters might react to Geralt's meditation sessions.
CD Projekt RED held a series of broadcasts during Gamescom dedicated to the upcoming remaster of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, as well as the story expansion Songs of the Past. The developers revealed some details and demonstrated gameplay.
Fans of "The Witcher" were drawn to the new version of meditation. In the original The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, it was presented as a screen with a "clock" that fast-forwarded time:
In the remaster, the player sets the time, and then the screen shows Geralt in a specific pose: time will rapidly fast-forward around him – players will be able to see how the time of day changes, clouds move, etc. Judging by the comments, players really like this version. Now they are wondering: will NPCs react to Geralt in any way, or will they simply ignore that he is sitting in the middle of the street for several hours?

The release of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt remaster is scheduled for September 29th of this year. The Songs of the Past expansion does not yet have a specific release date, but the release window is already known – 2027.
