Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 to get Chaos Space Marine mode - Saber teases weapons and other content
The developers have prepared several new features.
Saber Interactive studio and publisher Focus Entertainment released a dev diary dedicated to the future of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 at the end of August. The developers published several teasers of new content.
In the Patch 15 update, players can expect the Chaos Siege Mode: developers will offer to play as Chaos Space Marines on a new map located on Avarax – you will have to fight waves of Tyranids and Loyalists, you can get support from Cultists and use a Helbrute.
Players will have access to a new weapon model – the “One-Handed Thunder Hammer”, as well as the Crucible Mode:
Speak to our esteemed Chapter Chaplain to assign yourself a Penance before deploying on an operation. Penances are personal debuffs that will make your mission even more challenging. Successfully completing the operation will earn you “Purity” points, which will allow you to unlock unique customization items and armor pieces.
