According to estimates by Alinea Analytics, from August 23 to August 30, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Songs of the Past was wishlisted by 450,000 players.

The expansion was unveiled during Opening Night Live and will be the first major expansion for The Witcher 3 in over a decade. Its release is scheduled for 2027.

Second place went to Warlock: Dungeons & Dragons from Wizards of the Coast and Invoke Studios — a team comprising former developers of Far Cry, Watch Dogs, and Splinter Cell.

Based on initial materials, the project combines open-world scale with an aesthetic reminiscent of The Witcher. Notably, 48% of players who wishlisted Warlock had previously played Baldur's Gate 3, and 46% had played The Witcher 3.

Ananta took third place, accumulating approximately 302,000 new wishlists on Steam during the period under review. The game from Chinese studio Naked Rain, published by NetEase, is a free-to-play open-world project. Its concept resembles a mix of GTA and Persona.
