The creators of "Attack on Titan" will hold a celebratory broadcast on September 9th, featuring Eren, Mikasa, and Connie's voice actors – Yuki Kaji, Yui Ishikawa, and Hiro Shimono. The organizers promise new announcements for the franchise, but the exact content of the presentation is being kept secret for now.
Previously, anime producer Tetsuya Kinoshita said that the team was considering new feature films and various collaborations. In addition, Studio MAPPA is preparing new animation for the game Attack on Titan 3, so the announcements may cover several directions for the franchise's development.
The broadcast will coincide with the first official "Attack on Titan" Day. The Japan Anniversary Association registered the holiday for September 9th: on this day in 2009, Hajime Isayama's manga began publication.
