Adam Driver may play Mister Sinister for the first time in "Avengers: Secret Wars." Insider James Mac claims that the character will have an important role and become one of the antagonists of the film.
Soon after the rumor emerged, MyTimeToShineHello presented a directly opposite version. She responded to Mac's message and stated that Driver would not appear in "Secret Wars" at all.
Both sources have previously published confirmed information about Marvel projects, but this time they did not provide any additional details, so it is unknown whose version is closer to reality.
At the same time, other insights indicate that some of the new X-Men lineup may indeed be introduced even before the release of their own film. Jeff Sneider reported that Indi Navarrette will debut as Rogue in "Secret Wars." He also previously claimed that Storm would appear in the film, but it was not yet known that Maya Boyd would play the character. Therefore, the insider linked the role to Susie Bemba, who, apparently, was one of the candidates.
For now, all these actors are officially announced only for the new X-Men film, which will premiere on May 5, 2028. Therefore, information about their earlier appearance should be treated with caution. "Avengers: Secret Wars" will be released on December 17, 2027.
