The success of the expansion has been a crucial part of Cyberpunk 2077's massive reputation recovery after the game's controversial launch in 2020. Phantom Liberty added a new district to Night City — Dogtown, a separate storyline, new characters, weapons, and other features. The expansion received high praise from critics and players.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, in turn, has already reached 65 million copies sold.
