Samsung has already allocated about 70% of its memory production capacity through long-term agreements (LTAs) that can extend until 2031. Major customers include NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Google.

Such agreements allow Samsung to secure production line utilization in advance and provide partners with more predictable supply volumes. What happens in the market for the average consumer is of little concern to the company.
