This autumn, "Lesta" will go into the hands of a private investor without an exchange auction.
According to Deputy Finance Minister Alexey Moiseev, the deal could take place in September or October 2026, after the completion of legal procedures. The official noted the high value of the asset.
"Lesta" came under state control in the summer of 2025 after a corresponding lawsuit from the General Prosecutor's Office. The reason was accusations of extremism made against the company's former owner.
