Turkish gamers voiced GTA VI gameplay - they want to achieve official localization

News

Rockstar Games recently presented Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay, which was watched by gamers from different countries. Among them were franchise fans from Turkey, who are very eager to get official localization.

A group of enthusiasts presented a full dubbing of the Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay demonstration — it appeared just a day after the premiere. This way, fans want to show the demand for game localization.

Turkish blogger Pintipanda noticed the campaign and decided to support the community members' initiative. Now he is also trying to attract the attention of Grand Theft Auto VI developers.

According to the blogger, Rockstar Games can either resolve the localization issue themselves or turn to local specialists who have already demonstrated their capabilities:

I know you handle [localization] in-house, but if it's difficult to build a team from scratch or you don't have time for it, there's an alternative — we have world-class localization teams here. We play The Witcher 3 in Turkish, as well as Cyberpunk 2077, Baldur's Gate, and Warhammer franchise games.

Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled for release on November 19 this year on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. Nothing has been reported yet about the PC version's release window, but PC gamers can now test the new wanted system — a modder recreated it in GTA V.
